Board Meetings
Current law requires local governments to post notices of public meetings required by the state open meetings law in physical locations. The act also allows a local government to post the notices on the local government's website. A local government that posts notices of public meetings on its website may continue to post the notices in a physical location, but is not required to do so.
The Board hereby determines to hold regular meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 1:00 P.M. The location of all regular and special meetings of the Board shall be held electronically via MS Teams or other reliable virtual or telephonic platform.
Minutes of any meeting at which a local public body could take formal action must be taken and promptly recorded and open to the public.
Minutes are posted here once approved by the Board(s) at a subsequent meeting.
